Which countries does it fly over?
A flight crosses the map. Tap every country it passes over.
How to play
The map shows a flight between two airports along its shortest path, with a plane flying along it. Tap each country the route crosses, including the countries it takes off from and lands in. You can also type a country name to add it. Zoom and drag to reach small countries. When you lock in, correct countries turn green, missed ones flash gold and wrong guesses turn red.
Scoring
You are rated out of 10 for each flight. Each wrong guess costs you part of a correct one, so tapping everything will not work.
Difficulty
Easy labels every country and uses flights over 3 or 4 countries. Medium removes the labels and uses 4 to 6 countries. Hard zooms out wide, removes labels, uses 6 to 9 countries and punishes wrong guesses more.
About the map
It uses a simplified world map (Natural Earth, public domain), so very small countries and disputed borders are not shown. Routes are great-circle paths, not real flight plans.
Difficulty and modes
Easy, Medium and Hard each have their own puzzle every day, so there are three to play. A tick on the tab means you have finished it. Unlimited is endless survival play at the difficulty you choose: keep going until you slip, and try to beat your personal best, which is saved in your browser.
